Q & A
Q: What’s something people assume about you that couldn’t be further from the truth?
A: People assume I’m soft. I’m not.
I just don’t waste energy on negativity. There’s a difference.

Q: Do you believe people can change, or just get better at hiding who they are?
A: Most people adapt when it benefits them. That’s not change—it’s performance. True change? Painful. Unwelcome. Rare. But possible. If you’re willing to burn the parts of yourself that don’t serve you anymore. I’ve done it.
More than once.

Q: If you could erase one memory, would you?
A: No. Even the ones that haunt me taught me how to survive. You don’t cut the scar off just because it’s ugly. You learn from the wound.
Q: You’re alone in a room. No noise. No expectations. What do you think about first?
A: First? Peace. Finally peace.

Q: Finish this sentence: 'The last time I trusted someone…'
A: Everything changed. I don't think I can say I've fully learned my lesson, though. Trusting others is important sometimes... but I know to be much more cautious now.
